Strike Reality, a unique experience of augmented reality games.
The term FPS is used to characterized the style of a video game, which means First Person Shooter. This is a game in first person which means we play through the character we control. The large majority of this style of game is played online in multiplayer mode, players play with everyone on their side. Our game is unique because it is played on a mobile technology, we can move around while you play.Hence the integration of augmented reality to go from one game where you control a character in a game where you are this character. We can therefore speak of WPS: We are Person Shooter. The technology that allows to combine the game, Internet and augmented reality with the best price / quality ratio is the smartphone. For a better game experience the smartphone must have three important sensors: motion sensor, position sensor and orientation sensor. Augmented reality is used with the smartphone's camera. This one films the external environment and projects it onto the screen of the play interface. The fact that the player must localize and simulate the act of throwing grenades, makes the game more immersive. The position sensor will then locate and indicate the position of each participant. While the motion and orientation sensor simulates the trajectory of the grenade as realistically as possible. The operating system developed by Google aimed at mobile devices, Android, provides access to all components of the smartphone. And the fact that it is open source gives it a considerable advantage: a large community of programmers and many resources. Ultimately this is a truly new game experience that results from this project! A new way to play with new sensations ... a new vision!
